Professional Qualification
As early as in 1990, Sebastian Kiesow received his Certificate of Educational Competence from the Thai Ministry of Education for “outstanding knowledge of Thai”. After he took the examination with the Staatliches Prüfungsamt für Dolmetscher und Übersetzer (state-operated examination office for interpreters and translators) in Darmstadt he was sworn in before the Landgericht (regional courts) of Heilbronn and Berlin as a liaison interpreter and publicly appointed translator of official and legal documents for the Thai language.
Erik Schottstädt studied Southeast Asian Studies at the Humboldt-University of Berlin and Ramkhamhaeng University in Bangkok. He was sworn in as a liaison interpreter for the Thai language before the Landgericht (regional court) of Berlin.
